The British call it a fascinator that's fancy for hat on a headband. :) Either way, it's pretty darn cute! The headband is a pink stretchy crocheted headband that fits infants to adults. The felted mini top hat is sewn onto the headband so it's sturdy. The pink felt mini top hat features a wide pink sequin band around the hat's brim. On the right side of the hat, there's a pink ostrich plume, white netting, a 2" pink rhinestone flower, black and white fabric gathered around the rhinestoned flower, pink, black and white argyle ribbon bow topped with a black and white polka dot grossgrain bow finished with clear and pink sequins on the tails. It's the bee's knees!

This item can also be placed on a regular headband.
