The British call it a fascinator while most Americans refer to it as a mini top hat on a headband. Either way, it's pretty darn cute. The headband is black and padded and about 3/4" at its widest point. The mini top hat is glued and sewn onto the headband so it's sturdy. The black felt mini top hat features a black sequin band around the hat's brim. On the right side of the hat, there's black maribou, black netting along with an oval rhinestone buckle. Through the middle of the buckle is a black satin ribbon accented with rhinestones on the ends. It's the bee's knees!
